2021 at a glimpse
FIVE YEARS DOWN THE ROAD
We started in the company garage with eleven riders and bikes without saddles. In 2017 we celebrated one UCI-victory. In 2018 we had three. 2019 gave us eight victories. 2020 was our first year as ProTeam and we got 15 victories.
2021 ended with 22 victories in the UCI category. We came 4th as a ProTeam with four spectacular race days on the WorldTour. It has been five years of development. It has been five years of dedicated work with management, staff and riders at the highest level.
2022 IS THE NEXT STEP
We have just received our license as a Women’s WorldTeam and for the first time we will operate two professional teams. It is history in the making when we will race the first Tour de France Femmes ever.
Furthermore I hope to have two teams race ready for many of the WT-races in 2022. We want to see our men’s team at the Grand Depart in Copenhagen. We dream about racing Ronde van Vlaanderen with both our teams. I think we deserve it based on our performances, our identity and our background.
Kurt Asle Arvesen has been our Head Sports Director all the way. He has just re-signed for 2022, and works harder than ever to develop the project further. He is one of a kind for Uno-X.
Lars Ytting Bak has joined us a Head Sports Director for our Women’s WorldTeam. He has blown us away with his entusiasm for the sport and the passion for our project.
Thanks to management, staff and riders for a fantastic 2021. Thanks to all our partners for making it possible. Thanks to all our supporters for carrying us through the peloton.
We are Uno-X and we are ready for more.
